The shelf arrived on time, however the box the shelf parts came in had been heavily retaped and cut. When I went through the parts list I discovered there was only four chrome rods instead of six. I emailed Amazon about the problem and they issued me a refund label so I could return the shelf. Of course, I would have to pay postage even though this was a Super Saver item when I made my purchase.
At this point I decided to contact Amazon Customer Service and explain the problem I had with recieving this item with missing parts and it was going to cost me even more money to ship it back. This made no sense to me as a frequent customer on Amazon.
In conclusion, after speaking with a very kind, Customer Service representitive, I was assured I would get a refund and I would not need to return the shelf with missing parts. I only wish I didn’t have to have this problem with Warehouse Deal’s, Inc. negligence in checking the product for all the parts before sending it in this manner.

We broke one of our towel racks when we were moving into our house. We looked online and found it was $60. I have been looking for a new one that was more usable then just a rod and some bolts. This worked out perfectly. It is very easy to install even for someone who doesn’t know about tools. I would recommend using a drill, it is much easier to get the bolts into the rack. One thing it does not tell you is that this rack sticks out about a foot from the wall. If you are looking to put it in a tight space make sure you have the room. I’m ordering another one for our other bathroom.

I am looking for the bathroom shelf, i wonder if this one really 26 inches long, as in description, this is a very long shelf, on the other hand, one feedback says, nice little shelf..i am confused, i don;t have 26 in to put this shelf, looks pretty though

My husband and I are renting a house for a year, and needed a towel rack, but didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a something that may not match the decor of a future, permanent house. This is cheap enough to do the job, as well as to not bother me if I had to leave it behind. Installing it was a little annoying, but overall, I’m satisfied. I’m not crazy about the bright metal look, but I really can’t complain for $14 bucks. Way better than a plastic hook or rack.

I was hesitant about ordering this shelf because of its low price. However, after reading a review that said it was sturdy I ordered it. It was a great shelf, good looking and strong, and a great bargain. I would recommend this to anyone.
